Hey HN,

If you're like me, you have more startup ideas than free time, but turning those ideas into actual products often feels impossible. Coming up with a name, validating the idea, making a logo, and building even a basic landing page can take weeks of work...for just one idea.

I built StarterPilot to fix that. It's an AI-powered tool that drastically shrinks the time from idea to launch, so you can test all your ideas, not just the one you bet the farm on.

With StarterPilot you can:

Validate ideas instantly: Get quick feedback on market demand, scalability, competitors, and risk.

Generate unique startup names: See which domains and social handles are available.

Create a custom logo/icon: Get a logo tailored to your business.

Build a landing page, fast: Generate (and edit) a professional-looking landing page with AI chat.

It’s web-based—no installs, no complex onboarding. I’m looking for feedback from fellow builders, so I made it free to try. Redeem code: STARTER4NEXT

I’d really appreciate your feedback: what worked, what didn’t, and what features you’d like to see next. Feel free to reply here with your thoughts! Looking forward to hearing what you think.

How well is “if you build it, they will come” working for anyone else?

  • nadermx 4 days ago

Much better than not building it and no one coming.

SAAS is dead, using v0 from vercel you can build a pretty complicated project. Whats about to unfold will be shocking

Absolutely, I agree. That’s exactly why I built a kit: to help people go from idea to launch even faster, not just with code but with everything else (naming, branding, validation, landing pages). Builders need all the shortcuts we can get!

Thanks for the feedback! What part of the idea did you like best?

Which backend API provider are you using? Is there option to run this locally with self host LLM?

  • AzizBelAbed 4 days ago

I'm using Spring Boot for the backend, hosted on a Linux server. It’s not available right now, but we may offer it in the future.

The discount code doesn't work

  • AzizBelAbed 4 days ago

Click "Redeem your code" inside the sidebar (it's not a discount code)

Please fix the padding! (or is it just me?)
