Has Anyone Tried Working with a Google Ads Consultant?

I’ve been running some ad campaigns for my small business but can’t seem to get consistent results. I came across Heureux IT, and they seem to offer Google Ads Consultant services focused on improving ROI and optimizing campaigns.
Has anyone here worked with a consultant before? Did you notice any real improvement in conversions or ad performance after getting professional help?
I’m trying to figure out if hiring a Google Ads Consultant is worth it compared to managing everything on my own. Would love to hear your thoughts or experiences!
I've done both, and my conclusion is that Google Ads is not worth it at all, whether you do it yourself or hire it out.
Which would you say is worth it for ads? Facebook (Meta) ads?
